Client called in on the 25 January 2021 at 09h58 reporting a positive alarm. There was no need to send a warden or police as the keyholder came to the office at 11h10 and went with a TSS Warden to the site. The suspects entered through the toilet ceiling and blocked off the PIR* in the safe area as well as the 360 PIR*. They cut open the safe and took the money. The toilet door was not forced or broken open.
