Annual Increase in Monitoring Fees for 2025

We have endeavoured to keep our increase in alarm monitoring rates as low as possible this year and we anticipate an increase of 10% which is way below inflation costs. Due to the increases in costs we have had to increase monitoring fees for 2025.

Armed reaction to an alarm

It is necessary for Key-Holders to accompany Armed Reaction Staff to the site of an alarm to gain access ON-TO and IN-TO the premises to determines what has triggered the alarm. In many cases the burglars gain access into the building through the roof of from an area the Armed Reaction are unable to inspect therefore making it necessary for the Key-Holder to open up the premises so we can do a complete inspection. Our Armed Reaction staff need your help to STOP the burglary in its tracks.

SECURITY REMINDERS

Please remember to close all doors and windows before activating your security system.

Inform us when you will be away on holiday and if anybody will be staying at your home.

Test your security system a week before you intend leaving on holiday.

Do not leave pets in your home if pet immune sensors have not been fitted.

Ensure that you have left enough prepaid power or airtime on your meter or telephone for the security system to operate for the duration of your holiday.

Please remember that the crime rate increases dramatically over the festive season.
